British Transport Police (BTP) detectives have charged a man in connection to an incident outside Hastings railway station on Wednesday 8 July.
Lee McGreevy, 48, of Priory Road, Hastings, has been charged with Attempted Murder.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court today (10 July).
Officers were called to Hastings railway station at 4.13pm on 8 July to reports that a car had struck a pedestrian outside the station. A man was arrested nearby in connection.
Paramedics also attended and a 47-year-old man was taken to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries. He remains there in a critical condition.
