Image released after woman assaulted – London

Officers investigating an assault on an Elizabeth Line train from Heathrow have released this image in connection.

At around 10pm on Sunday 2 August, a woman boarded the train at Heathrow and sat next to another woman.

The other woman, without provocation, attacked the first women by punching her in the head and kicking her.

The woman then got off the train at Southall railway station.

Detectives would like to speak to the woman pictured, as they believe she may have information which could help the investigation.
