Image released after upskirting offence – South London

Detectives have released images of a man they would like to speak to after a woman was upskirted on a Tube in south London.
The incident happened at around 3.20pm on Saturday 20 June on a Northern Line train in the Clapham Common area.
A man was seen to position his phone towards a lone woman and appear to take photographs up her skirt.
She was alerted by two fellow passengers and moved away from the man, who left the train at Elephant and Castle Underground station.
Officers believe the man in the image could have information that may assist their enquiries.
