CCTV image released following assault – West London

Officers investigating the assault of a man in Acton have released this image in connection.

At around 6pm on Sunday 19 July, a man tailgated through the barriers at Acton Main Line railway station, shoving a man in his 50s to push through.

The man then followed the victim to a nearby shop and slapped him in the face.

Officers would like to speak to the man pictured, as they believe he may have information that could assist their investigation.

Anyone who recognises him is asked to text BTP on 61016 or call 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 498 of 19 July.
