CCTV image released following assault – South West London

Officers investigating an assault at Clapham Junction railway station have released this image in connection.

At around 5.30pm on Wednesday 19 August, the victim alerted station staff that a man had pushed through the barriers.

The man saw the victim report him and punched him twice in the face, causing significant facial injuries which required hospital treatment.

Officers would like to speak to the man pictured, as they believe he may have information which could help their investigation.

Anyone who recognises him is asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 583 of 19 August.
