CCTV image released after man masturbates on train – North London

Detectives investigating an incident where a man stared at a woman and masturbated are releasing this image in connection.
Just after midnight on Tuesday 16 June, a man sat opposite a woman on a Lioness Line train between London Euston and Watford Junction.
He then stared at the woman throughout the journey while masturbating.
Detectives would like to speak to the man pictured, as they believe he may have information which could help their investigation.
Anyone who recognises him is asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 17 of 16 June.
