Misconduct Hearing - Former PS Nathan Dumble
Name of officer concerned: Former PS Dumble

Former PS Dumble, will answer allegations that his conduct amounted to breaches of the Standards of Professional Behaviour, in respect of:
- Honesty and Integrity
- Authority, Respect and Courtesy
- Equality and Diversity
- Discreditable Conduct
It is alleged that Former PS Dumble met Female A on the Fab Swingers website.
Arrangements were made by Former PS Dumble to meet Female A at short notice and while on duty. The Former Officer attended home address of Female A where they agreed to engage in consensual non-consensual sex.
Allegation 1
- Former PS Dumble wrongfully abused his position as a police officer to engage in sexual activity with Female A.
- Wrongfully engaged in sexual activity with Female A whilst on duty
- Wrongfully engaged in CNC sexual activity with Female A
Allegation 2
- In 2019 Female B communicated with a male on Fab Swingers using profile “A”. Female B received a photograph of “A” in uniform. The phone number used is attributed to Former PS Dumble.
- It is alleged that the Former PS Dumble abused his position as a police officer by sending Female B a photograph of himself in uniform upon a platform designed for sexual encounters.
It is alleged that these matters individually and/or cumulatively amounts to gross misconduct, namely a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour that, if proved, are so serious as to justify dismissal.
The identity of victims/witnesses will be protected during the hearing as appropriate.
