A former Police Constable, previously based in London, will be subject of an accelerated misconduct hearing to answer allegations that his conduct amounted to breaches of the Standards of Professional Behaviour.

The officer has been granted provisional anonymity, pending determination of an application for anonymity which will be heard at the hearing. No information identifying the officer should be published or reported.
Representatives of the media may make written or oral representations to the hearing chair or person conducting an accelerated misconduct hearing regarding any proposed exclusion or directions prohibiting the publication of matters relating to the proceedings. Due to the late publication of this notice, such applications should be sent to [email protected] before 10am on the day of the hearing. Applications received after this time will not be considered.
