Officers are today releasing images of a man they would like to speak to in connection with an incident on a train in Glasgow.
The incident happened between 3.35pm and 3.45pm on Friday 14 August 2026, on a train between Crossmyloof railway station and Glasgow Central railway station.
The man is described as a 30 to 40 year old man, over 6ft and of medium build, with shaved black or brown hair, a thin goatee into a beard, and he was wearing a dark hooded raincoat and blue shorts.
Officers believe the man in the images may have information that could help their investigation.
Anyone who recognises him, or has any other information, is asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference 402 of 14 August.
Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
