PC X, will answer allegations that their conduct amounts to breaches of the Standards of Professional Behaviour, in respect of:
It is alleged that in 2023, whilst off duty, PC X accessed the Police National Computer (PNC) without a lawful policing purpose and conducted a person check.
It is alleged that this matter amounts to gross misconduct, namely a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour that, if proved, are so serious as to justify dismissal.
The identity of victims/witnesses will be protected during the hearing as appropriate.
If you wish to apply to attend the hearing, you must book no later than 7am on the day of the hearing. This is to allow for sufficient time to process the application. Any requests received after this time will be unable to be processed in time for the hearing and therefore will be rejected.
