NOTICE OF HEARING OUTCOME

ALLEGATIONS
Former PC Ronald Davis, previously based in London, was subject of an Accelerated Misconduct Hearing held on 25th August 2026.
The hearing was held remotely, via Microsoft Teams and was chaired by Chief Constable Lucy D’Orsi.
Former PC Davis answered allegations that:
It was alleged that his conduct breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour relating to:
It was further alleged that these matters individually and/or cumulatively amounted to gross misconduct, namely a breach of the Standards of Professional Behaviour that, if proved, are so serious as to justify dismissal.
OUTCOME
The Chair found the allegations proved, and that the breaches amounted to gross misconduct.
The Chair found that Former PC Ronald Davis would have been dismissed, had he not already ceased to be a member of the British Transport Police.
