British Transport Police have released a description of a man who may be able to help with their investigation after a sexual offence took place on the train between Huntley and Aberdeen on 4 November at 5pm.
The incident took place on the train when the suspect is believed to have masturbated whilst listening to his phone when he was sat across from another passenger. He then alighted the train at Aberdeen.
BTP are appealing for information into the incident and have released a description of an individual who they believe may have information that can help with their enquiry.
The man is described as white, small build, in his early twenties, with ginger hair, close shaven and with pale skin. He was wearing a khaki polo shirt and hooded black and khaki jacket with a gold emblem, black jogging bottoms and black shoes with no socks. He was also wearing a stud earring in his left ear.
