Detectives are appealing for witnesses and information following an assault at Partick station.
The incident happened on Tuesday January 2 at around 1.10pm.
The victim was standing in the queue at the ticket office when another man, who was part of a larger group, walked up behind him and removed his scarf. When he challenged him he was assaulted by another member of the group.
The suspect is described as being a white man of medium build, about 5ft 10. He was wearing a black hoody or jacket with the hood up, black jogging bottoms and a black face covering.
