Two charged after 190 wraps of heroin and cocaine seized – Manchester

A man and a boy have appeared at court charged in connection to an incident at Manchester Victoria railway station on Tuesday 27 April.
Plain clothed officers from British Transport Police’s County Lines Taskforce seized 190 wraps of Class A drugs and two knives after stopping two people at Manchester Victoria station who had travelled from Leeds.
Sebastian Matinde, 23, and of Shay Street, Leeds, is charged with possession with intent to supply drugs of Class A status, possession of a bladed article and possession of a drug of Class B status.
A 16-year-old boy is charged with possession with intent to supply drugs of Class A status and possession of a bladed article.
They appeared at Manchester Magistrates’ Court on 28 April and have been remanded in custody until their next appearances.
