A serving BTP officer has been found not guilty of three offences at court.
PC Gavin McKevitt was found not guilty of sexual assault, common assault, and attempted sexual assault at Leeds Crown Court on 12 March.
The charges related to an off duty incident on board a train from Manchester to Halifax in 2019.
PC McKevitt has been on restricted duties since the incident, and will remain so pending the result of an internal misconduct process.
