Man charged with manslaughter at Prestatyn station

Following an investigation into the death of a man on the railway line in North Wales, a 48-year-old man from Manchester has been charged with manslaughter.
Patrick Kennedy, born 18/06/1975, of no fixed address, is due to appear at Llandudno Magistrates Court Wednesday, 10 January.
Officers were called to the line near Prestatyn Golf Club at 5.10pm on 13 July 2022 following reports of a casualty on the tracks. Paramedics also attended, however a man, Keith Ford, aged 40, was pronounced dead at the scene.
His family are being supported by our specially trained family liaison officers and have asked for privacy at this time.
