An 18-year-old man has been charged with one count of grievous bodily harm (GBH) with intent following an assault at Edmonton Green railway station on 16 July.
Zepheniah Dufeal, of Church Street, Edmonton, will appear at Highbury Corner Magistrates Court on 19 July. He has been remanded into custody.
A woman aged 20 has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
The victim, a man in his 80s, remains in hospital.
