Do you recognise this man?
Officers investigating a violent assault at Beckenham railway station are today releasing images in connection.
At around 16.20pm on Friday 21 May the victim, a taxi driver, picked up two men from Bromley High Street. During the journey the men became verbally aggressive and threatening towards the victim, causing him to stop at Beckenham station and get out of the vehicle.
One of the men followed the victim and punched him several times in the head, while the other man took the victim’s ID card and other belongings from the car, before also assaulting the victim.
The victim had to attend hospital, suffering a cut to the nose and bruising on the side of the face.
Officers believe the man in the image may have information which could help their investigation.
