Serving BTP officer charged with sexual offence – London

A serving BTP officer will appear at court charged with three counts of sexual assault by touching.

PC Tristan Davies, based in London, will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 5 January.

The charges relate to an incident off duty in April 2021. PC Davies has been suspended from duty since the force became aware of the incident in April
