Officers investigating the theft of 16 railway detonators from the Masbrough area of Rotherham are today appealing for witnesses.
On two separate occasions, 7 February and 21 January, railway detonators were stolen from a stretch of railway track near Masbrough, Rotherham.
The detonators have the potential to cause serious harm if tampered with.
Officers are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or anyone with information, to get in touch to assist the investigation.
