Officers are appealing for information following a domestic assault on-board a train between Leeds and Sheffield.
At around 11pm on Friday 26 November, a man and a woman on-board the service were engaged in an argument.
After a short while, the man assaulted the woman by kicking her.
The pair then got off the service at Swinton railway station.
Officers are keen to speak to anyone on-board the train that witnessed the incident, or anyone with information that can assist their enquiries.
