Robbery at Walthamstow Central Underground station – North East London

Officers investigating a robbery at Walthamstow Central Underground station are today releasing a CCTV image in connection.

At 9.48pm on Friday 15 January, the victim was travelling up an escalator in the station when he was approached by a man who pushed him over and took his wallet from his back pocket.  

The man then exited the station with the victim’s wallet.

Officers believe the man in the CCTV image may have information which could help their investigation.
