Do you recognise this man?
Officers investigating an incident in which a man spat at a member of rail staff are today releasing this image in connection.
At around 8am on Monday 17 January, a man on-board a service travelling from Barrow-in-Furness to Manchester Airport started banging on the door of the train driver’s cabin.
He then approached the train guard and shouted at him, demanding he turned the train around.
At Dalton-in-Furness station the man approached the train guard for a second time and spat on the back of his head.
Officers believe the man in the image may have information which could help their investigation.
