Man exposes himself and films woman on train – South London

Officers investigating an incident in which a man masturbated whilst filming a woman on-board a train between Kent House and Sydenham Hill are today releasing this CCTV image in connection.
At 11.15pm on Friday 15 October, a man boarded the train at Kent House station and sat opposite a woman on an otherwise empty carriage.
He began to masturbate under his trousers and the woman noticed he was filming her on his mobile phone at the same time. He exposed himself and the victim walked away. The man then got off the train at Sydenham Hill station.
Officers believe the man in the CCTV image may have information which could help their investigation.
