Image released after woman sexually assaulted on rail replacement bus - Warrington

Officers investigating a serious sexual assault have released an image in connection.

 

Sometime between 11.30pm on Monday, August 15 and 1.30am on Tuesday, August 16, the victim was travelling on a rail replacement bus from Manchester Oxford Road station heading to Liverpool Lime Street station when she was sexually assaulted.

 

The man left the bus at Warrington West station.

 

Officers believe the man in the image may have information which could help their investigation.
