Do you recognise this man?
Officers investigating an assault against a member of rail staff at Birmingham New Street station are today releasing this image in connection.
At around 2pm on Saturday 26 June, a man attempted to get through the ticket barriers with an invalid ticket.
When challenged by a member of staff, the man threw water over them and walked away. The member of staff followed the man who then turned around and hit them in the face, knocking them unconscious.
The victim was taken to hospital, suffering head injuries and memory loss.
Officers believe the man in the image may have information which could help their investigation.
