CCTV released after man touches himself inappropriately – Leeds to Manchester

Do you recognise this man?

Officers would like to identify him in connection to an incident on board a train to Manchester Piccadilly.

In the early hours of 15 October, a man boarded the train at Leeds and sat across the aisle from the victim.

He began to touch himself inappropriately while staring at the victim, before alighting at Manchester Piccadilly.

Officers believe the man in the CCTV images may have information which could help their investigation.
