Do you recognise this man?
Officers investigating an assault at Whalley railway station are today releasing CCTV images in connection.
At 8.45pm on Saturday 4 December, a group of men boarded a train towards Whalley station and confronted a male and a female on-board about the fact that they were wearing face masks.
As the train arrived at Whalley station, the couple alighted and were followed along the platform by the group. One man from the group assaulted the male, who sustained serious injuries to his face.
Officers believe the man in the CCTV images may have information which could help their investigation.
