Do you recognise this man?
Officers investigating an incident of assault and public order on a train between Birmingham New Street and Coventry in February have today released this image in connection.
Between 10:15pm and 10:40pm on Friday 21 February, a man was sat on the train and begun playing music loudly, when challenged by other passengers he became verbally abusive and also slapped a passenger’s hand who was filming the incident.
Officers believe the man in the image may have information which could help with their investigation.
Anyone who recognises him is asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 800 of 21 February.
Alternatively you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
