Detectives are appealing for witnesses after a woman was sexually assaulted on-board a train travelling from London to Glasgow.
At 9.55pm on Tuesday 24 August, a woman was approached by a man making inappropriate comments towards her. He then sexually assaulted her and got off the train at Glasgow Central.
The man is described as a white male in his late 40s, approximately 5’7, with short brown hair and a distinctive mole on the right-hand side of his face. He was wearing a dark grey polo shirt with a black leather jacket and blue jeans.
Officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to assist their investigation.
