Officers are appealing for witnesses following an assault at Chadwell Heath railway station on Wednesday 11 August.
At around 8.30am on the day, two men aged in their late-teens or early twenties – one with a bicycle and the other with an electric scooter – were speaking to station staff.
A short while later an assault took place and the two men left the station.
Officers are keen to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to assist with their enquiries.
