Officers are appealing for witnesses following a robbery on-board a service travelling between Wolverhampton and Birmingham.
On Saturday 30 January at around 5pm, the victim was sat on-board the service when he was approached by a man who was on the phone.
The victim heard the man say “shall I shoot him in the leg” while on the phone and feared that the man may have had a firearm, although one wasn’t seen.
The man then took the victim’s watch and disembarked at Birmingham New Street before getting into a taxi outside the station.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident, in particular a man who was sat in the same carriage across the aisle.
