Appeal for witnesses after robbery - Glasgow Subway

Officers are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a robbery on the Glasgow Subway on Saturday night (22 July).

 

Shortly before 6.20pm, three men approached a 45-year-old man in the rear coach of a train travelling between Cessnock and Hillhead stations.

 

The men pinned him down and stole his phone, before leaving the train.

 

Det Con Martin Graham from Glasgow said: "I am appealing to anyone who was on board the busy train at this time on Saturday evening.

 

“Even if you have the smallest piece of information it may help our enquiries.
