British Transport Police have released an image of a man they believe may have information which will assist with their ongoing enquiries.
The incident, an assault, occurred on board a train between Balloch and Airdrie railway stations near Renton on 15 February 2025 at around 6pm.
The man is described as white, of slim build and in his late 20s, wearing a black puffer coat and trousers with white trainers.
Officers would urge the male or any members of the public who recognise him to contact police.
