Misconduct Hearing - PC Zane DaSilva
PC Zane DaSilva is to attend a Misconduct Hearing between Monday 7th – Thursday 10th October 2024 at BTP Force Headquarters, Camden Road, London.
It is alleged that on the evening of Thursday 21st December 2023 whilst off duty and socialising at the Flight Club in Victoria, London PC DaSilva verbally abused, threatened and threw a drink over another off-duty officer.
The conduct is alleged to have breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour regarding Discreditable Conduct and Authority, Respect and Courtesy and to be so serious as to amount to Gross Misconduct.
