PC Stephen Curry attended a Misconduct Hearing between Monday 31st March – Wednesday 2nd April 2025 at the PSD Offices, London Bridge, London.
It was alleged that, between 11th April and 7th July 2022, PC Curry made a series of inappropriate remarks which amounted to a campaign of bullying.
The conduct was alleged to have breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour relating to Authority, Respect and Courtesy, and Discreditable Conduct, and that the breaches were so severe as to justify dismissal.
The panel concluded that no allegations were proven and the case was dismissed.
Full details of the outcome can be found in the attached Regulation 43 Report.
