On Tuesday 3rd June 2025, PC Lisa Darke attended an Accelerated Misconduct Hearing at the Professional Standards Department offices, 2nd Floor, Ivason House, 8A London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG to answer an allegation that her conduct breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour, in respectr of Honesty and Integrity
It was alleged that on or before the 12th December 2024, PC Darke falsified entries on her Privileged Rate Card, which resulted in the Rail Delivery Group removing her facilities for a period of 12 months.
It was alleged that PC Darke’s actions, as described, amount to gross misconduct and were so serious as to justify dismissal.
The hearing was Chaired by Chief Constable Lucy D'Orsi.
The allegation was proven and PC Darke received a Final Written Warning.
