Misconduct Hearing Outcome - PC Zane Da Silva
PC Zane Da Silva attended a Misconduct Hearing between Monday 7th – Wednesday 9th October 2024 at BTP Force Headquarters, Camden Road, London.
It was alleged that on the evening of Thursday 21st December 2023 whilst off duty and socialising at the Flight Club in Victoria, London PC Da Silva
- verbally abused
- threatened and
- threw a drink over another off-duty officer.
The conduct was alleged to have breached the Standards of Professional Behaviour regarding Discreditable Conduct and Authority, Respect and Courtesy, and to be so serious as to amount to Gross Misconduct.
The panel concluded that allegations 1 and 2 were not proven.
The panel concluded that allegation 3 was proven, and that it amounted to misconduct.
PC Da Silva was issued a written warning.
