We have policies and procedures regarding how we manage our records, from capture through to storage and disposal. These are in line with legal and regulatory requirements and guided by professional principles.

The Information and Records Management Policy outlines the responsibilities and requirements of BTP in terms of records management. This policy sets out an overarching framework underpinning how BTP will manage its information assets through their lifecycle involving the collection, recording, evaluating, sharing, storing, handling and disposing of records to fulfil its civil duties.
