Bereavement book

You and your family may be dealing with the death of someone close to you for the first time. It might be difficult to cope with all the arrangements and understand the processes that are particular to this type of death. Even if you’ve coped with this before, you might find the processes involved difficult to deal with.

We have designed this booklet to help you understand what happens after someone close to you dies on the railway.

It won’t answer all your questions, but it aims to answer the ones we have been asked. It also contains details of other organisations that may be able to help you.
