Don’t be a victim:
Carry your bag in front of you and keep all zips and fasteners closed.
Keep wallets, mobile phones and mp3 players in a secure inside pocket.
Keep an eye on your belongings at all times, especially when leaving bags and rucksacks in the luggage area of buses, Tubes and trains.
Mark your valuables with a permanent UV pen.

Be calm and don’t panic. Report it to a member of transport staff or a police officer straight away.
