You Said
The specific problem is theft of Passenger Property offences
occurring both on Finsbury Park Station, and end location
reporting. With the aim to spend more time conducting HI VI patrols
to prevent offences occurring at the station, and prevent and
disrupt the activities of those using the station to travel into
town to commit theft offences.
We/our partners have:
In the month of March 2012
- Arrests for pick pocketing made by squad
officers.
- High Visibility patrols carried out during
the morning and afternoon rush hour travel period on both
underground & Mainline stations
- Crime prevention surgery run in conjunction with the
Metropolitan Police Safer Transport team

These meetings give the community an opportunity to
highlight issues that are having an impact on their quality of
life and to assist in deciding which issues are dealt with as
priorities. These meeting are held quarterly as part of
a PACT framework.
