Like all police forces, British Transport Police (BTP) deals
with enquiries from the public and as such we have a responsibility
to provide a quality of service.
The Quality of Service department is responsible for making
sure we meet the standards set out in the Quality of Service
Commitment developed by the Association of Chief Police Officers
(ACPO) and the Home Office.
The Quality of Service Commitment outlines our responsibilities
as officers and police staff to provide the highest quality of
service when interacting with the public. You can find out more
