British Transport Police employs officers and police support staff from a wide range of backgrounds. The role of police staff is to support the operations of the Force.

Our Force Headquarters (FHQ) is based at 25 Camden Road in London. FHQ provides leadership, policy development, national strategic planning, monitoring, quality control and advice functions for the organisation. The vast majority of police support staff are employed here.
